The theory encourages the teachers to provide the students with an environment which enables them to become more self-confident and resourceful. Do you learn best with lots of personal attention and individualized instruction, or do you benefit from learning with others, seeing their mistakes and learning progress and hearing concepts repeated several times as exercises are reviewed in small or large groups?
